You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp for bulk orders or custom printing requirements. We accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

MOQ varies by product. Most stock items like kraft standup pouches, cake boxes, and e-commerce boxes can be ordered in small quantities. For custom-printed packaging, MOQ typically starts from 500–1000 pieces depending on the product type.

Yes! We offer competitive bulk pricing across all categories. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. This applies to pizza boxes, tin boxes, standup pouches, and more. Contact us via WhatsApp with your quantity for a custom quote.

We accept the following payment methods:

For large custom orders, advance or partial payment may be required.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or dispatch has not started. For custom-printed orders, cancellation may not be possible once printing has begun. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need changes.

Yes! Custom printing is one of our core services. You can get your logo, brand name, and design printed on most products including pizza boxes, cake boxes, standup pouches, and coffee cups. Please share your artwork in AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG format.

For best print quality, provide artwork in:

• Adobe Illustrator (.AI) — preferred format
• PDF — with outlined fonts and embedded images
• High-resolution PNG/JPEG — minimum 300 DPI

Our design team can assist with basic layout preparation if needed.

Production time for custom-printed packaging typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days after artwork approval, depending on product type and order quantity. Rush orders may be accommodated — contact us to check availability.

Yes! Samples of most stock products are available. For custom-printed items, a pre-production physical proof can be arranged for an additional charge. Highly recommended for large orders to ensure color accuracy before full production.

Custom sizing is available for bulk orders. If our standard sizes don’t fit your product, we can manufacture packaging to your exact dimensions. Applies to cake boxes, food packaging boxes, pouches, and more. Minimum quantities apply.

Yes! We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities. Delivery is handled through reliable courier partners to ensure your packaging arrives safely.

• Other major cities: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges depend on the weight, volume, and destination of your order — calculated at checkout. For large bulk orders, we often offer free or subsidized shipping. Contact us via WhatsApp for a shipping quote on large orders.

We primarily serve customers within Pakistan. We also stock DHL-standard shipping boxes for customers who ship internationally via DHL. For international orders of our packaging products, please contact us to discuss feasibility and pricing.

All orders are securely packed to prevent transit damage. We use bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and strong outer cartons. Fragile items like acrylic boxes and tin boxes receive extra protective wrapping.
