Welcome to Custom Box Pakistan (custombox.pk). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting custombox.pk, browsing our products, placing an order, or contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
  • You are placing orders for legitimate business or personal use within Pakistan.
  • The information you provide during ordering is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These terms apply to all users of the website including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

Products & Services

Custom Box Pakistan offers a wide range of packaging products including but not limited to:

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in shade or finish.

We continuously update our product range. For the most current stock and pricing, please visit our shop page or contact us via WhatsApp.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, via WhatsApp at +92326 0117159, or by emailing info@custombox.pk.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks
  • EasyPaisa & JazzCash mobile wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select areas and order amounts
  • Online card payment via website checkout
Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified (for prepaid orders), or once our team has confirmed the order via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

For bulk or wholesale orders exceeding a certain value, full or partial advance payment may be required before production or dispatch begins. Our team will communicate this clearly before processing your order.

COD Policy: Cash on Delivery is available for standard stock orders only. Custom-printed orders, large bulk orders, and orders to remote areas may not be eligible for COD. COD availability is confirmed at the time of order placement.

Pricing & Invoicing

All prices displayed on custombox.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.
  • Shipping charges are calculated separately based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • Invoices are issued upon request. Please ask our team for a formal invoice at the time of ordering.
  • Any promotional or discounted pricing is valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.

Custom Printing & Branding

Custom Box Pakistan offers custom printing services on eligible packaging products. By submitting artwork or design files for custom printing, you agree to the following:

  • Artwork Ownership: You confirm that you own or have full legal rights to use all logos, images, text, and designs submitted for printing. Custom Box Pakistan is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork.
  • File Requirements: Artwork must be submitted in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF (with outlined fonts), or high-resolution PNG/JPEG (minimum 300 DPI). We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files.
  • Proof Approval: A digital proof will be shared for approval before production begins. Once the proof is approved by the customer, any errors in the final product that match the approved proof are not eligible for a refund or reprint.
  • Color Variation: Minor color variations between digital proofs and printed output are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect. We aim to match colors as closely as possible.
  • Production Time: Custom printed orders typically take 7–15 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional charge.
  • Minimum Order Quantity: Custom printing MOQ starts from 500–1000 pieces depending on the product. This is communicated clearly before order confirmation.
No Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-printed packaging, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect on our part.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Custom Box Pakistan is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Charges are communicated before order confirmation.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the courier. We pack all orders securely to minimize transit damage.
  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your shipment through the respective courier’s website.

Returns & Refunds

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Eligible for Return: Products that are defective due to manufacturing fault, products that are incorrect (wrong item sent), or products that arrive significantly damaged due to our packaging failure.
  • Return Window: Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue sent to WhatsApp or info@custombox.pk.
  • Return Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Partial returns of bulk orders may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-printed packaging, opened or used products, products damaged due to customer mishandling, and items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or minor color/shade variations that are within normal printing tolerances.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are handled as follows:

  • Before Dispatch (Stock Orders): Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been packed or dispatched. A full refund will be issued.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may initiate a return upon delivery if eligible under our returns policy.
  • Custom Printed Orders: Cancellations are not possible once artwork has been approved and production has commenced. If cancelled before production starts, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any design or setup costs incurred.
  • Bulk Orders: Cancellation of bulk orders after payment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order value to cover processing and restocking costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on custombox.pk — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, and website design — is the exclusive property of Custom Box Pakistan and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • The “Custom Box Pakistan” name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
  • Customer-submitted artwork and logos remain the intellectual property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you grant Custom Box Pakistan a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Box Pakistan shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Loss of business, revenue, profits, or data resulting from delays, defects, or non-delivery of orders.
  • Damages caused by third-party courier services after dispatch from our facility.
  • Any losses arising from the customer’s use of our packaging in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or food safety guidelines.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in customer-submitted artwork that result in incorrect printing.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

Our products are intended for standard packaging use. Custom Box Pakistan does not guarantee suitability for specialized industrial, medical, or hazardous material applications.

Privacy Policy

Custom Box Pakistan respects your privacy. When you place an order or contact us, we collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.

  • Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We may share your delivery information with our courier partners solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
  • We may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding your order status, new products, or promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
  • Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies.
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, our products, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We encourage customers to first attempt to resolve any disputes directly with us through our customer support channels before pursuing legal action. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Changes to Terms

Custom Box Pakistan reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to custombox.pk/terms-and-condition/.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
